OFFENDER EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS (OES)/ RECRUITER
(What Do I Need To Know In Order To Become An OES/Recruiter?)
 

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have:

1.   Successfully registered as an OES/ Recruiter on NuStartJobs.com,

2.   A Valid business license issued by the State, County, or City,

3.   A  minimum of two years of full-time career development work experience,

4.   Successfully completed a knowledge-based certification examination, or have

5.   At least one to two years of recruiting experience, or have

6.   Two to three years working with Ex-Offenders, Welfare recipients,

        and/or ex-drug addicts in a rehabilitation center or re-entry facility.

7.   A business Agent account with Western Union
