JOBSEEKER PAYMENT PROCEDURE

I.                   General Payment Procedure:

A.                 In general, the Jobseeker registers as a new member, pays a membership fee (a portion of which pays for access to our on-line Microsoft Office tutorials), and completes a profile for the type of job he or she would like to have.

B.                 When the Jobseeker identifies a job opening for which he wants to apply, he submits an application to the Offender Employment Specialist, who posted the job and pays him $99.95 for help in securing the job.

The payment is made through Western Union. The Offender Employment Specialist guides the Jobseeker through the job procurement process until the Jobseeker gets the job. If the Jobseeker does not get the job, the OEC returns all or a prorated portion of the $99.95.

C.                 IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CAREFULLY READ THE STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURE BELOW:

II.               Step-by-Step  JobSeeker  Payment Procedure:

A.                 The jobseeker registers as a new member of NuStartJobs and pays the required registration fee (ex. $10.00 for membership and $10.00 for the receipt of 100 “job alert” text messages).

1.                  The procedure for making MANUAL payments is explained by

2.                  Credit Card and PAYPAL payments are made using the prompts provided our normal payment process. Just follow the prompts.

B.                 Next, the Jobseeker searches the Jobs Data Bank for a job of his choosing, or the Jobseeker receives an automatic “Job Alert” via email or cell phone text message. A “Job Alert” is a job opening that matches the Jobseeker’s job requirement’s profile.

C.                 The Jobseeker then submits an application to the registered Offender Employment Specialist, OES, who posted the job.

D.                After the Offender Employment Specialist reviews the Jobseeker’s application, conducts a thorough background check and agrees to guide the Jobseeker through the Employer’s hiring process, the Jobseeker then makes a $99.95 deposit to the OES’ Western Union bank account .

E.                 When the Jobseeker deposits the payment, a receipt for the $99.95 is given to the Jobseeker for the return (maybe prorated) of his money in the event that the Jobseeker does not get a job.

F.                  When the OES identified Employer accepts the Jobseeker’s application, interviews the Jobseeker, and then hires him, the Jobseeker is required to notify the OES so that he can remove the posted job from the system.

G.                 When the OES verifies the placement, the Jobseeker is sent a receipt for the $99.95 payment. Once this is completed, the OES has no further obligation to the Jobseeker.

H.                Unless the Jobseeker’s membership period has ended, he may still apply for other available jobs that offer a better future and/or better pay.
